Outcome Delivery Network
We have recently been appointed lead training partner for the Outcome Delivery Network (ODN). This prestigious network of business and change consultants works extensively across the UK, providing support to clients who need to improve efficiency and reduce costs through major transformations. The process they use is called Assured Outcome Delivery or AOD
for short. It is based on an analytical methodology called D4, invented by Alan Fowler. The process takes an entirely different route to change instead of planning like all projects working from left to right. First we define the expected outcome with precision and embed it together with the expected date. These are then concreted in and no change or slippage is allowed. The method then works back (right to left) to the start date and point through a series of milestones that are similarly rigorously defined and concreted in. Unlike most if not all, other methods, the benefits realisation is very clear and explicit as well as tracked in pure cash terms at each milestone.
The benefits captured by this unique process are extremely impressive and the outcomes achieved usually far exceed client expectations and enable much greater use of resources and assets
We are extremely excited to have launched our partnership with Rocket in January of this year. We are the only re-seller of this technology in Scotland and one of only 3 so far in the UK.
Rocket is a business simulation game that offers teams and individuals dynamic experiential learning in rich and challenging ways to understand how business and organisations grow and scale. The game is incredibly versatile and as well as teambuilding, it can be used to demonstrate and identify communication skills,
change and transformation management, procedures and planning whilst also creating commercial awareness.
