In his extensive career, he has worked with clients in central and local government, oil & gas, motor, finance and insurance, property & professional services, retail, legal, health and voluntary sectors in the UK, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Far East, and US. Colin has delivered training to a wide range of staff from manager to director and partner level in numerous FTSE 100 companies.
He has also carried out research and design of training programmes and materials including leadership and management skills, consultancy skills, negotiation, influence, presentation, interviewing, report writing, and facilitation skills.
Colin is a highly-experienced facilitator designing and covering workshops including team building, business risk assessment and control, and customer service reviews. He has also coached middle and senior executives on performance including use of 360° feedback.
