Graeme joined Future Proof Learning after successful careers in the Royal Air Force, Bank of Scotland, and the Advanced Management Foundation.
As a member of the Administrative Branch of the RAF, Graeme held senior posts in training, leadership, development, and research, including at the RAF Staff College and the Ministry of Defence, retiring in 1986 as a Wing Commander. He then joined Bank of Scotland where he gained business experience not only in his specialist field of learning and development but also in Operations. He retired from his post of Senior Director, Learning & Development, at the Bank in 2002 to become Chief Executive of the Advanced Management Programme Scotland located in the Business School of a Scottish University.
Graeme has extensive experience on all aspects of HR, particularly learning and Development and Assessment. He has provided advice and influenced very senior management staff in the RAF, Bank of Scotland, and private and public sector client businesses. He is a highly experienced and challenging facilitator who has worked with a variety of levels of staff including executives, at his best when a combination of both direction and sensitivity is most appropriate.
