Mike has worked in HR. for over 30 years with significant experience in central and local government. He has spent the last 16 years leading the HR. functions in 3 leading Scottish Charities.
Mike is a highly experienced strategic and business focused HR professional and skilled leader, who has worked in demanding circumstances to promote and achieve change particularly in the public and complex charitable sectors. He has a deep understanding of people issues and how these translate into effective service delivery on the ground. Mike is also a trained Mediator.
He is committed to the HR profession and understands the significant part it plays in organisational success.
