We have recently been appointed lead training partner for the Outcome Delivery Network (ODN). This prestigious network of business and change consultants works extensively across the UK, providing support to clients who need to improve efficiency and reduce costs through major transformations. The process they use is called Assured Outcome Delivery or AOD for short. It is based on an analytical methodology called D4, invented by Alan Fowler. The process takes an entirely different route to change instead of planning like all projects working from left to right.

Rocket is a business simulation game that offers teams and individuals dynamic experiential learning in rich and challenging ways to understand how business and organisations grow and scale.
