Qualifications

I’m motivated by making a difference – to an individual, an organisation or (even in a small way) to society. After over 20 years in Financial Services I now have my dream portfolio career working as a consultant, executive coach, and non-exec board director.

Previously I was Head of Research and Innovation at RBS and Marketing Director at Lloyds UDT, among other roles.

As part of the Future Proof Learning team I work with clients on executive coaching, running leadership development programmes and facilitating boards and senior teams with strategy and planning.

I travel to Northern India every year (pandemic allowing) working with the amazing people at Tong-Len charitable trust to support slum families and give them home through access to education and healthcare.

Chilling with family and friends, reading, writing (and dreaming of getting published), walking on the hill and on occasions chutney making. And I am loving getting back to a bit of travelling and trips home to Ireland.
