I got into consulting after working with BP in HR and then with Ernst & Young as Head of L&D.

Over the last 30 years I’ve had the privilege of working with all sorts of organisations, from small businesses to multinationals, in the far and middle east, Europe and the US.

I love helping people make things happen; whether they’re a director, partner, manager or a new trainee.  It gives me a buzz to coach them, to help them learn new skills on a learning event I’m running, or to work with their colleagues on a team event I’m facilitating.

How do you like to relax?

A good box set. Currently working through Friends, Frasier and Better Call Saul.
