HANNAH MILLAR
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Originally trained as a hairdresser and, having enjoyed that for nine years, I felt that it was time for a change of scenery and career. So, to that end, I moved from Scotland to Australia and switched from hairdressing and salon management to Human Resources business and operations for several years. I also set up my own successful travel agency and then decided to move back to Scotland with my family.
I’ve really enjoyed the diversity of roles and industries that I’ve worked in and have found that the common theme across my experience has always been a focus on, and interest in, people. I’m passionate about helping people to fulfill their potential and thrive on seeing teams and organisations grow. I take pride in creating environments where everyone can perform at their best, and where people feel both challenged and encouraged to succeed.
