Qualifications

Nobody dreams at school of becoming a consultant. Most, if not all, of us fall into it by accident and many don’t remain.

My initial career was in banking, and I also worked in Enterprise Education, connecting young people with business and then moved into HR, working in graduate development, recruitment policy, Organisation Development and Learning & Development.

As I’m now largely retired and David takes the helm, I’m proud to have set up Future Proof Learning and to have worked with such a great team. It truly has been a dream job and I’m equally proud of the many terrific clients we have who ask us to do things they know will test and challenge us, but I love that and it has kept us on our toes.

How do you like to relax?

I enjoy going out for a run but now plan to do more travelling as I adjust to having more time!

Do you have any pets?

A cat called Otis, who everyone has seen on our video calls!
